XI SCIENCE ONE

MIGHTY LOVE

       Bibil, an only child from a rich family lived with her father who loves her so much. She was taken care by babysitter (Suci) since her mother passed away when she was 5 years old.
        One morning, Bibil and her father (Sidiq) had breakfast together in the dining room.
 
Sidiq    : “Morning dear, how are you?”
Bibil     : “Hi, Daddy! I’m really pretty good today!”
Sidiq    : “Good. After you have breakfast, you just go to the  car, the driver 
                 is waiting for you.” 
Bibil     : “What?? Don’t we go together?”
Sidiq    : “I’m sorry, dear. I just can pick you up today.”
Bibil     : “Oh no... But, why?
Sidiq    : “I have to go earlier. Don’t be sad, Suci will accompany you to go to school.
                Be good at school, okay?  I love you...”
 
       After school time, Bibil waited for her father in front of school gate.
 
Bibil     : “Daddy... where are you? It’s about an hour I’m waiting for you. Hhhhh...”
 
        After a while, her father arrived, when Bibil got into the car, she saw a woman sat on the front seat beside her father.
 
Sidiq    : “I’m really sorry.. I’m late to pick you up.”
Bibil     : “This is for the first and the last time you late to pick me up! 
                I’m really unhappy about this!”
Sidiq    : “Okay, okay.. forgive me, honey. Let’s have lunch together.”
Bibil     : “NO!!! Take me home now!”
Sidiq    : “Okay wait, wait... by the way... let me introduce
                my office partner, Mutiara Dewi.
Yara    : “Hello sweety, Call me Yara. Don’t be angry with your Dad, okay?”
Bibil     : “GO HOME NOW!!” 

       At home, Bibil told everything that had happened to her babysitter (Suci). Bibil cried out loud.

Bibil    : “You know what, Suci? Daddy was late to pick me up! Huhuhu...hiks hiks..”
Suci     : “Your father also has his own bussiness, You have to understand.This is
               the first time dad was late to pick u up, right? I'm sure he didn’t mean to do it.”
Bibil     : “Daddy is having lunch together with someone...”
Suci     : “Oh...Really? By the way, have you had lunch?
Bibil     : “Leave me alone, Suci. I wanna take a nap.”

       Bibil was sad. In the deepest of her heart, nobody can replace her mother's position. She was afraid if her father got someone who replaced her mother. Until night, Bibil didn’t want to go out from her room. She didn’t want to talked to her  father.

      Her father feel so sorry. For the next day,  he made a plan to have quality time with Bibil. He asked Bibil to have dinner in the restaurant. Bibil felt much better. 

     In the restaurant...

Sidiq    : “Bil, I wanna tell you something.”
Bibil     : “About what, Daddy?”
Sidiq    : “About...... Yara.”
Bibil     :  “No. I don’t want to talk about her.”
Sidiq    : “Listen to me, Yara is a kind-hearted woman. I’ve been in relationship 
                  with her for3 months..”
Bibil      : “What?? 3 months?  Why don’t you tell me, Dad? I can’t belive this. 
                You saidthat she is your “office partner", huh?”
Sidiq    : “I just waited for the right time to tell you about this.”
Bibil     : “It comes as my great sadness.”

       On the way home, Bibil and Sidiq didn’t talk each other. Bibil felt so disappointed to her father. Something that she used to afraid of had happened. She thought that Yara wasn’t kind-hearted as her father told her.


       Next week is Bibil’s birthday. Sidiq wanted to make a little surprise for his beloved daughter. He asked Yara to accompany him to cake shop and buy a gift for Bibil. 

       On the way, so many random things in Sidiq’s mind. About Yara..  her daughter... and his feeling. .....    
 Yara    : “Sidiq, have you told Bibil that we had a relationship now?”
Sidiq     : “Uhmm.. yes. I’ve told her”
Yara     : “I know that she’ll disagree about this. I promise that I’ll be a good mother for her,
               and be a perfect wife for you, Sidiq.. Let me love you, and let me be with
              you.”

       CKIIIIITTTTTTTTT BRAAAAKK! Sidiq lost his concrentate in driving. He and Yara got an accident. Sidiq got bad injured and Yara just got little injured. Sidiq were taken to hospital. Bibil was shocked knew this.  Again and again Suci tried to calm her down. But, bibil didn’t stop cried.

Bibil      : “My father will not leave me alone... Huuuuuhuuuuuu... I know that.
                 He really loves me... huuuuuhuuuuu.....”
Suci      : “Calm down, dear... pray for your father. Hope he'll get well soon as possible."



       Almost a week Sidiq have to hospitalized. Day by day Sidiq was getting better. Today was Bibil’s birthday. But, Sidiq still lying in hospital room.  Sidiq feel so sorry because there were no surprise for her beloved daughter. Suddenly, someone knocked the door. She was Yara, brought a birthday cake. 

Yara      : “Happy 9 years old, sweetheart.” 


      Sidiq, Bibil, and Suci were surprised. Yara showed her sincerity. It seems that what Bibil’ve tought was totally wrong. 

Bibil      : “Thank you.....”
Yara       : “Welcomeeee!”
Bibil       : “I’m sorry I’ve been negative thingking about you.”
Yara      : “Haha it doesn’t matter.”
Bibil      : “I was very embarrassed on what I did.”

       Yara hugged Sidiq and Bibil.

Bibil       : “Daddy, you know what? You’re the greatest gift from God. I love You, I always do.

THE ONE THAT GOT AWAY


First time in high school they've met, Shinta and Rama. They made friends and become closer at the middle of the year. Rama felt  Shinta fits him so much. Shinta is lovable, caring, funny, and perfect in Rama's eyes. Then Rama told his feeling honestly, he felt in love with Shinta. Friendship in the began then last in love is so common problem. We often hear these same story around people near us. But Shinta didn't expect Rama--his best friends--would felt in love with her. Shinta doubted Rama's feeling. She tought it was a totally jokes as Rama usually did. But it wasn't like that.
Rama had told her twice or more but Shinta didn't want to realize her feeling was the same. She just was shame with her own feeling.
After a few days Shinta shared and got helped by friends, she decided to "try" new relationship with Rama,even though it was really awkward for her. Rama is not handsome or smart boy. But he sincere with Shinta.
At the first time they got dating, and continued with so many activities with Rama, Shinta felt Rama brighten her days. very colorful life until they started fighting, argueing and many more. But Shinta still didn't sure enough to recognize he was the one.
She just need Rama to cheer up her day, not otherwise. Sometimes rama was sad and sick of those feelings even they've got dating in 2 years more.
Until finally they've broke up ang Shinta was extremely depressed. She realized Rama sincere to love her.

      Unlucky Day

        When I woke up in the morning, it was raining outside. It was terrible because I had to go to school by bike. I wore my raincoat and decided to go to school by bike although it was raining. On the way to school I rode my bike rapidly because I was late.
When I arrived at school I enter my classroom directly. I looked around my classroom, all of student and the teacher was silent and looked at me from head to toe with astonishment.
    “What’s wrong with me?” I asked.
One of my classmates laugh, “Are you serious want to study without put your raincoat first?”.

     Conceited Man

        One afternoon, a man and his friend were talking in front of his house. His friend saw a luxury car on the yard.
    “Wow... Is it yours?”, asked his friend curious.
    “Emm..mmm..Yes. It’s mine”, he answered proudly.
    “Where did you buy it? How much money did you spend?”
    “Haahaha you don’t need to know, This car cost more than your salary over five years”, he answered mockingly.
    “Really? Oh my Lord...”, his friend was amazed.
    “This is limited edition”, he said more conceited.
    “May I borrow it sometime?”, asked his friend.
    “I’m not sure this car will be fine with you”, he refused.
        After a while, a middle-aged man greeted the man.
    “Good afternoon, I would like to take my car. Thank you for allowed me to park here”, said the middle-aged man kindly.
    “O..Ok...Okay..” the man answered nervously.
    “HAHAHAHAHA! Have fun with your “limited edition car! I have to go now, byeeee...” his friend didn’t stop laugh altough he was walked away.

      On monday morning, after flag ceremony when Nabilla, Meutia, Nyssa, and Atiek were in the line for getting back to class, they had a little talk.

Nyssa     : Alhamdulilah, Thank God, exam is finally over!
Atiek       : Yeah, no more dating with book for every night!
Meutia    : And no more sleeping late night!
Nabilla   : So we can go have fun!
Nyssa     : Wait... but I get headache, maybe because too much worried about the exam result. It's killing me.
Meutia   : Yeah.. me too., especially for Physics test.
Nabilla   : And I'm worriy about math. Hhh...
Atiek     : Hey.. don't get stress, guys. Be positive thinking. How about we refreshing together on weekend?
Nabilla   : Great!
Meutia    : That's really great!
Nyssa     : What are we going to do?
Atiek      : We'll go to the movies and have a lunch together.
Nyssa     : I love it! When will we go? 
Atiek      : How about on Sunday?
Meutia    : Okay!
Nabilla    : It's really great pleasure.
Atiek      : Uhmmmm...Can't wait for the weekend! Really Excited!

     They the teacher is coming in, they should take a sit.

One day, there was a poor old widow who had a son named Jack. They lived in a village near the river. The old widow worked as a farmer, while her son was jobless. The widow loved her son very much, she always tried to give the best for her son that her son happy.
The son told her mother that he wanted to get married, "Mom, I love a girl, I want to marry her". Her mother answered with a little smile, "I'm glad to hear that, if you really love her, marry her.” Jack married the girl. The girl named Sara. Sara lived in a small hut with Jack and his mother. After married, Jack still didn’t want to find a job and Sara asked tobuy expensive items.
Day after day, characteristic of Sara more seen. Spoiled, selfish, and loved to make up all the time. One afternoon, Sara was bored, her mother-in-law was worked and her husband was taking a nap. Sara went around the village, when he was passed the market, he saw a rich woman wore a pearl necklace and beautiful dress. Sara really wanted the necklace, she wanted to show off to other girls in her village.
When Sara arrived home, she told Jack and cried, "I want new dress and pearl necklace. Why your mother can not give it to me? It means that your mother doesn’t love me.” Jack’s mother came home, Jack said, "Mother, my wife wanted a beautiful neackle with pearls on it and some beautiful dresses. She need it to be pretty. You must be proud if your daughter-in-law looks really beautiful ". His mother answered with Sadness, "Yes, I will be so proud, my son. But.. too bad.. I can not buy them. I didn’t have so much money. Believe me, I wanted to, but I can’t ". Sara secretly heard the conversation between them.
Sara were became really mad and upset. She made Jack to hate his mother with million ways. Jack began to hated his mother. He was often angry with her mother. His mother, who is patient, still continued pray for the good of his beloved son and her daughter-in-law.
One day, Sara found a beautiful leather purse on Jack's locker. She thought it would be so expensive if she selled it. Then, she went to the town and sold it to a rich man. Jack were so angry known his purse were gone. Sara told him that his mother took it and selled it. Without thinking, he drove out his mother, "Go away from here!" Her mother cried, "Listen to me, my son..... I never known about your leather purse, I've never seen it before. I...” He pushed his mother," Get out!"
Jack’s mother really sad, he didn’t stop cried, he didn’t know where to go. Suddenly, he met a man all-dressed-in-white. "Follow me, people like you deserve to live happily ever after", the strange man said. The poor widow followed him. She didn’t know where she was. Suddenly, she found herself in a shiny place, filled with various foods and everything was available there. The poor widow lived happily without have to work hard there.
Less than a week, Jack and Sara’s life fell apart. Sara was mad because she obsessed to be rich, and Jack, because he didn’t know how to get money, he eventually became a beggar in town.
